Worst staff, toxic environment. They think since they are offer higher packages as compared to others they bought you. Even if you are unemployed don't join or go for interview. HR has no manners at all. But if you believe in positive reviews here, god bless you and hope you don't lose your mind.

No words. Just dont go for interview as its waste of time. They do not conduct telephonic interview which is strange for first round of interview. They call anyone without making any checks which is waste of time. they had already internal chosen candidate selected who has good contacts

The VP & head Recruitment, Sanjay Jain, is a poor and inauthentic person; this is the worst interview experience I have ever had; they believe they know everyone and can say anything to those working in small businesses. But he is mistaken. RSystem should investigate people with such toxic personalities.

It’s a great company to work for if you are a good explorer and learner. Great exposure of work, that depends on the candidate also what kind of project you have. Work life balance is good, as work from home facility is available depending upon kind of project and manager.
