Please read the documents they let you sign before you join. You might just be signing a Slave contract for just 15k a month. Upon that You have to Fine 1lakh if you decided to leave before 1 year.

Never Joined that. trust me unemployed is better than this Job. HR are the worst. They have not manners. They make fake promises. They will not give your salary. Tarun named person is also one of the worst HR in this company. Don't waste your time here.

Still Hire and Fire policy. They have less projects and suddenly HR(Tarun, Dhanesh and others HR) will call you to search for new company/job as no project in RSystems. Management should replace from HR and other departments who are staying in company but not working since many years.
