Job Title: Systems Analyst Position: Systems Analyst Experience: 4+ Years Category: Business Analysis / Systems Analysis Main Location: Hyd/Ban/Che Position ID: J1126-0176 Employment Type: Full Time Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement engineering, economic capital modelling, risk aggregation, and stress testing workflows. The role involves collaborating with Actuarial, Risk Modelling, and Finance teams to understand mathematical and cash flow modelling methodologies and translate business requirements into detailed IT specifications. The candidate will be responsible for requirement documentation, data mapping, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting regulatory and methodology changes. #LI-AS26

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Requirement Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements for economic capital modelling, risk aggregation (market, credit, operational, and insurance risks), and stress testing workflows.
• Actuarial/Risk Alignment: Partner closely with Actuarial, Risk Modelling, and Finance teams to understand mathematical and cash flow modelling methodologies, bridging business logic with IT implementation.
• System Specification: Author detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flow diagrams, and data mapping specifications using Jira and Confluence.
• Data Mapping: Define input/output data dictionaries, data validation rules, and integration pipelines between upstream policy/portfolio systems and downstream reporting platforms.
• Testing: Design functional test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business users, and perform model validation testing.
• Change Management: Analyze impact assessments for regulatory updates or internal methodology changes, supporting incident analysis for core batch calculation runs.
