Systems Administration - Batch Operations

Shift -2:00 PM TO 11:00 PM, Pune/Remote

Job Summary

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position leads the incident and problem management process by resolving complex issues (e.g., root cause analysis, coordinate prevention plan execution) and addressing escalations as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 application support for PeopleSoft and enterprise applications.
• Monitor and support PeopleSoft Process Scheduler and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) jobs, including troubleshooting, scheduling, failures, and reruns.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Boomi integrations.
• Perform system configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Use PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL tools for reporting, analysis, and data extraction.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation and follow SDLC and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall IT/Operations experience, including 3+ years in PeopleSoft application support.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Boomi Scheduler, and Process Scheduler.
• Strong experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) job monitoring, troubleshooting, scheduling, and reruns.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query Manager and SQL Developer.
• Experience in enterprise application support and incident management.
• Minimum 1 year of team lead experience.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• PeopleSoft Inventory/Purchasing experience is an advantage.
• Flexibility to provide weekend support.
