Job Description: Lead Nurture Specialist Position Overview We are hiring a Lead Nurture Specialist to manage and maintain conversations with prospects who have already booked a call. This role is focused on daily follow-up, confirmation, and nurture messaging to ensure leads stay engaged, informed, and prepared for their scheduled appointment. The most important part of this role is being active inside conversations every day. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with leads, responding appropriately when needed, and keeping conversations moving until the scheduled call. Compensation Base Pay: $500/month On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,000–$2,500/month with commissions Contractor position (1099) Performance-based upside tied to execution and consistency Key Responsibilities As a Lead Nurture Specialist, you will: Monitor SMS conversations with booked leads inside our CRM Step into conversations only when human intervention is required Respond to prospect questions clearly, professionally, and promptly Send daily nurture SMS messages to confirmed leads leading up to their appointment Track and manage nurture cycles using Smart Lists Follow defined workflows and timing rules precisely Ensure leads feel supported, informed, and confident before their call Maintain clean communication with strong grammar and natural tone Be available to assist with light phone outreach if needed (bonus skill, not required) Be active daily inside SMS conversations with booked leads Send daily nurture messages to confirmed leads leading up to their appointment Provide basic daily updates as needed on lead activity and conversations Assist with light phone calls if needed (bonus skill, not required) This role is execution-heavy and system-driven. Success depends on attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistency. Tools You’ll Use CRM with SMS conversations Automated workflows and tags Smart Lists for daily nurture tracking Typeform submissions for lead context Slack and Notion for internal communication and documentation All processes are documented and trained. You will not be expected to build systems, only to follow and execute them well.
