Job Title: System Support Engineer – Server & Storage L2 Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Employment Type: On-site, Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced System Support Engineer (L2) to manage and support server, storage, and cloud infrastructure in Trivandrum. The engineer will ensure optimal system performance, service availability, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards such as ISO 27001:2022 and TISAX. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Provide L2 and occasional L3 technical support for servers, storage, and services. Perform server optimization and patch management. Manage M365, EMS, and AWS environments. Conduct daily monitoring and generate system performance reports using NOC tools. Maintain server/storage/cloud asset inventory and lifecycle. Ensure 99.5% uptime for IT services and systems. Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery plans. Support change management processes and maintain documentation through the IT Service Desk. Provide training to internal staff on best practices and tools. Assist with quarterly audits and infrastructure assessments. Collaborate with the Head of IT for risk identification and mitigation. Deliverables: Daily/weekly system performance reports Monthly performance & availability reports Quarterly infrastructure assessment reports Change logs and incident resolution documentation Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in server and storage infrastructure management. Proficiency in M365, EMS, AWS administration. Experience with ITSM tools, incident/change/problem management. Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (ISO 27001, TISAX). Hands-on experience with NOC tools and system monitoring platforms. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and documentation abilities.
