System Engineer / Senior System Engineer -DE Support (Azure Databricks

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and ETL/ELT pipeline optimization.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor workflows, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Automate monitoring and support activities and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 47 years of overall IT experience with relevant data engineering and production support experience.

• Looking only for immediate joiners

• Experience in production support is mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Python, and complex SQL.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and cloud data platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
