Tried calling no given by corporate office for IBM monitor paid repairs. IBM server and other products were good but service access to Lenovo is too poor

Very Bad Services No one Picks Phone and My HP laptop complaint was raised Fifteen days Before but no one has visited here for repairing. Very Very Very bad Services they doesn't deserve any star also.

The technician was knowledgeable and successful in finding the problem in my MSI laptop after 2 hrs of troubleshoot. In the end was a prompt service. Got my hdd replaced successfully after 2 weeks .

Not good.. if you visit for any computer service than you will experience bad .. beacuse they don't have any place for sitting ... customer have to stay outside and wait for there work until done..

Pathetic service. Multiple visits by engineer. But no clue to any of the engineers about the exact problem. Trial and error going on for last 5 visits.
