This is the only official service center of hp in kolkata... They are all well qualified and experienced ...But the only thing i don't like is the service charge... They charge it a little bit higher

An extremely over burdened HP Authorised Service Centre, only one in Kolkata.I gave my printer 2 months ago but got it back Today after No Repairs performed due to lack of spares. I didn't receive any communication on neither Phone nor E Mail.

Very bad experience, after upgrading my brand new laptop from windows 10 to windows 11 I was facing black screen error. They said it was software issue and they will fix that 2-3 days. But it's now 18 days I have not got my laptop back. I'm very unsatisfied by their service. Don't go this place.

First of all there you may face some problem to find their office at a chance. But the customer service is good. They are too humble and polite to their customer.

Absolutely disappointed with the service!!! It's been whole 3 weeks since I gave my laptop with warranty for replacement of my hard disk and still didn't get any response such pathetic service it has!!!!!! THINK BEFORE GOING HERE FOR SERVICING!!!!

I brought my msi laptop here and they gave me very good service although they took some days but they repaired it, before coming here I had lots of doubt regarding the services but now I can say it's best for MSI laptop services..

The service executive Mr. Kaushik Dhar is very impolite and unprofessional. Has to learn to speak with respect to the customers. They simply FACTORY RESET the device and tell that thr HARDWARE ISSUES is Resolved. They definitely need to improve their services and customer interaction.

Visited the HP service centre. Worst experience. Nonsense service centre. They are just wanting to squeeze the service charge. Without any reasoning or servicing they charged us 800rs and just reset my laptop
