Rude behavior by staffs. Only service center for HP in the entire Kolkata. They charge hefty fees for out of warranty products to repair. Don't buy HP product of you want laptops to serve you for 4-5 years with good customer service experience.

Horrible service! The repairing of my HP laptop was delayed by more than 2weeks in spite of me paying for the parts that need to be ordered. Also the persistent calls made by me was cleverly ignored. They even took 3weeks to send me an invoice which mentioned a wrong name! Really shady work and horrible customer service!
