I cannot even get these fellows to pick up the phone, nor will they respond to WhatsApp messages. HP lists them as an ASC. HP must be hoping that if they have such unresponsive local Svc Centres, people will opt for the more expensive HP-owned services. It's more likely that we will just stop buying HP products.

Lenovo Service Engineers don't have the basic knowledge itself. They don't know how to open a laptop also and will break the display. Please 🙏 don't go to this shop. Worst of worst service centre that too authorised service centre by HP.. HP has assigned a hardware replacment ticket two weeks before and no response from the service centre yet..

I had tried to call them several times but no one picked up. Even I called the technicians working there through their phone number they also didn't pickup. I can't imagine they got authorisation from HP.
