First of all it doesn't look like a service center and there is no waiting area, but since no one else was there when I went I got attended fast. If you are going to claim warrenty of MSI go to Basanavagudi center this place discontinued warrenty claim for MSI. Even if you want to get paid repair I'd recommend you to not go here...

Had gone for servicing my Msi gaming laptop. The technician was very knowledgeable, and understood my problems carefully. Came back within 10 mins, explained the issue and provided a solution.

Its a MSI laptop service center, I travelled almost from 70 Kms to get my laptop serviced, but thr’s no one bothered about asking whats the issue also almost sat for an hour and a half., Never ever visit Sysnet its just waste of timerather …

I'd go as far as saying that they don't have a proper office. The make you wait near the lift, not properly ventilated. Quite hard to find as the address isn't even updated in Google maps properly. I'm really disappointed at MSI for choosing these people as their service partners.

Came here for servicing laptop...not a good office atmos...made us to stand for 30 mins...no good waiting area...no chairs...its just like going for an interview to get my lap serviced...all becoz of acer service who made us to visit there...

Looks and feels like a warehouse, rather than a service center. No reception or registration desk. One man show doing servicing, customer care, raising & closing complaints. Only positive is that he is very cooperative and serves happily.

Authorised service centre for Acer laptop do obtain online complaint number from Acer before contacting them otherwise they will not be of much help.

The worst HP service i have ever seen. They have a website and mentioned contact details but nothing is working. They will take advance payment for the service but engineer will never assigned to resolve your issue. If you send a mail it'll not be delivered to them email ID's doesn't exists, there is no way you can reach out to them.
