Role Description This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in New Delhi. The Architect will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing architectural designs, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless project delivery, leading project management efforts, and integrating innovative solutions into designs. The Architect will also work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential spaces and commercial establishments to large-scale hospitality and infrastructure projects. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative work. Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and platforms. Strong Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, and adhering to timelines. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and a passion for creating impactful designs. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; knowledge of BIM and rendering software is an asset. Experience in collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and client relationship management is highly desirable.
