The ideal candidate will confidently pitch our IT and digital services to potential clients, handle inbound leads, and contribute to the companys growth through strong communication and conversion skills. Key Responsibilities Convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales Pitch Syntellite’s IT services, digital solutions, and automation offerings to potential clients Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals Maintain CRM entries, track lead stages, and prepare weekly sales reports Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets Build positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Present the company professionally in all communications and interactions Requirements Minimum 1 year of sales experience (IT, digital services, SaaS, or B2B preferred) (freshers who are confident are also welcome) Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to understand client needs and pitch the right service solutions Strong follow-up discipline and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms Confident, presentable, and able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Fixed salary of 15,000 - 20,000 per month 5% commission on all confirmed sales (higher slabs for top performers) Leads provided — no cold door-to-door selling Strong career growth opportunities in a rapidly growing tech company Supportive, young, and collaborative work culture Opportunity to work closely with the founders and core team Join us at Syntellite Innovations and help businesses transform through technology!
