We work with international clients, especially in the US market , creating high-quality branding, graphic design, motion graphics, and video content for digital platforms. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can produce scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts, and high-retention long-form videos for English-speaking audiences. This role is for someone who understands viral visuals, strong storytelling, and modern motion graphics . Key Responsibilities: Create highly engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & long-form videos Design: Thumbnails Social media creatives Branding assets Create: Motion graphics Animated titles Visual effects & transitions Identify & select viral-style content and engaging visuals Maintain brand consistency & high creative quality Collaborate remotely with the content & marketing team Handle revisions professionally and improve based on performance feedback Eligibility & Core Skills: 3–6 years of professional experience in: Graphic Design Video Editing Motion Graphics ❌ Freshers strictly NOT allowed Expert-level knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Strong skills in: Motion Graphics & Text Animation High-engagement Reels & Shorts editing YouTube long-form video editing Must have a sharp creative eye for: Visual storytelling Hook creation Pacing, timing & transitions Colors, typography & branding Must be excellent at: Finding and selecting engaging video content Using stock footage, memes, b-roll & visual patterns smartly Must have experience working with English content Must be able to speak and understand English confidently Comfortable with US Night Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM IST Highly creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work different shifts or hours as needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
