Role & responsibilities 1. Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. 2.Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. 3.Maintain a visitor log. 4.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. 5.Respond to emails and inquiries promptly. 6.Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner. 7.Assist in organizing company events and conferences . 8.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 9.Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. 10.Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
