Job Title: Marketing Associate School Outreach (Summer Internship Program) Location -Remote Full-time Compensation: ?10,000 per month About the Role We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to lead outreach to schools for our Summer Internship Program. You will contact school administrators/counselors, present program details, and drive student sign-ups. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive presence, and a passion for education and youth development. Key Responsibilities Identify and build a pipeline of target schools (high schools/junior colleges) for partnership and student outreach. Initiate contact via calls, emails, and WhatsApp/LinkedIn; schedule and conduct virtual or on-campus presentations/briefings. Clearly explain program structure, timelines, eligibility, and benefits to administrators, teachers, parents, and students. Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns: messaging, follow-ups, reminders, FAQs, and info sessions. Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and outcomes in CRM/Sheets; report weekly progress and conversion metrics. Coordinate with internal teams (program, marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery of brochures, decks, consent forms, and certificates. Collect feedback from schools and participants to improve messaging and program fit. Support creation/adaptation of marketing collateral (emails, one-pagers, slide decks, social posts) tailored for schools. Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 02 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (education sector exposure is a plus). Confident phone and video presence; comfortable presenting to groups. Strong organization and follow-up discipline; ability to manage many stakeholders simultaneously. Basic proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Availability to travel locally for school visits/events (if required). Nice to Have Prior experience working with schools, NGOs, or youth-focused programs. Content creation skills (Canva, basic design, or copywriting).
