About the Role We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder who can generate leads and secure projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other freelance marketplaces. The ideal candidate understands client needs, writes personalized proposals, and knows how to convert inquiries into genuine leads. Responsibilities Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar platforms Write custom, high-quality proposals (no copy-paste) Communicate with potential clients in a professional manner Understand project requirements and coordinate with our internal team Maintain strong follow-up and response rate Work towards targeted lead generation and project acquisition Track bids, responses, and conversions Suggest improvements for bidding strategy and pricing Required Skills Experience in bidding on Upwork / Freelancer.com (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong written English & communication skills Ability to understand technical requirements (web, mobile, software) Knowledge of proposal writing and client psychology Consistent, disciplined approach to daily bidding Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results Nice-to-Have Experience in LinkedIn outreach Understanding of CRM tools Basic knowledge of project estimation Familiarity with AI tools to improve proposal quality
