To lead and coordinate the electric vehicle assembly operations (eLCV), ensuring timely production by supervising assembly teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role is critical in driving operational efficiency, resolving technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing line Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of vehicle assembly operations inline with daily production targets and takt time. Supervise and guide assembly technicians, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity. Enforce quality standards during assembly, conduct in-process inspections, and coordinate with the quality team to resolve defects. Responsible for new products for Proto, SOPP & SOP completion as per project timelines. Responsible for preparing and updating the documentation of PFD, PFMEA, WIS for current & new models. Responsible to reduce cycle time through process improvment, line balancing and facility improvment. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Provide hands on support for troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues during assembly and escalate complex problems to engineering. Facilitate onboarding and skill development for new and existing team members through structured training programs. Monitor availability and usage of tools, equipment, and materials to prevent downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, defects, and corrective actions, report regularly to production management Collaborate with CFT team to ensure timely delivery and integration of teams. Maintain the IATF 16949 documents & standards Responsible for implementing actions for process, Product audits, Qualifications BE with 7 yrs of exp in OEM CV or EV Industry .
