Role Description: This is a full-time remote Instructor role . The Instructor will be responsible for: Delivering live online training sessions on cutting-edge technologies. Developing and updating high-quality course content aligned with industry standards. Providing personalized mentorship and guidance to students. Assessing student performance and offering constructive feedback . Staying updated on industry trends to ensure curriculum relevance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive online classes for batches of students. Prepare training materials, assignments, and projects. Support learners with doubt clarification and career guidance. Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum improvements. Maintain high engagement and ensure learning outcomes are met. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Workday Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking AWS, Azure, Google Cloud DevOps and Automation Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in online training platforms and tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.). Ability to create engaging and practical learning experiences. Qualifications: Prior experience in training or teaching (online preferred). Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus. Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed.
