As a Sponsorship Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in our business team for Pro Panja League and other properties. Your main focus will be on securing sponsorships and expanding our brand partnerships. This position presents a unique opportunity for you to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our organization. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential sponsors, preparing sponsorship proposals and presentations, as well as maintaining a database of sponsors for timely follow-ups. You will also be in charge of coordinating meetings, calls, and events related to sponsorship activities, supporting in negotiating sponsorship agreements, and tracking deliverables. Additionally, you will conduct research to discover new partnership opportunities and ensure the end-to-end delivery of agreed sponsor commitments. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with high attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are also required. Previous experience in sponsorships or partnerships is advantageous, as well as an understanding of televised league properties in sponsorship sales or servicing.
