Our flagship course, System Design Masterclass on Udemy has helped thousands of learners master design fundamentals through clarity, not complexity. We’re now expanding our library of system design topics and that’s where you come in. Role Description We’re looking for passionate engineers and educators who can write new system design breakdowns for large-scale systems (e.g., Zoom, Uber Eats, Google Maps). You’ll create written explanations, high-level designs, and architecture flows. Note that this is a Contract-based work with flexible schedule and project ownership. The pay is competitive and will be done per design submission. Responsibilities Research and design scalable systems (end-to-end architecture). Write detailed, easy-to-understand design docs. Collaborate with our instructors to ensure conceptual and visual accuracy. Qualifications Strong understanding of System Design fundamentals (APIs, Databases, Caching, Load Balancing, Queues, etc.). Prior experience in backend development or designing distributed systems is a plus. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in written format. Must be based in India.
