The Computer Operator is responsible for operating computer systems, maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and supporting daily office operations. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to handle data efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Operate computer systems and peripheral devices efficiently Enter, update, and maintain data in company software and records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Maintain files, documents, and digital records Monitor system performance and report technical issues Handle emails, printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks Assist departments with data-related work Ensure data confidentiality and system security Follow company policies and procedures Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation / Intermediate / Diploma (as applicable) Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Typing speed with accuracy Basic knowledge of internet and email handling Ability to work independently and in a team
