Hiring for Voice and Chat Support To schedule an interview Call - HR SONU Number: 9880650983 / 9035233889 Whatsap for Quick Response Shifts: US (Rotational) Mode of Transport: Cabs Provided (Both ways) Note: There is a boundary limit for cab Qualification Required: 10+2 / Graduation / P.Grad Experience Required: Minimum 6months of Voice / Non Voice Exp Required Sal: for Chat : up to 26,000 + Incentives for Voice : up to 28,000 + Incentives Location: ITPL, Whitefield Rounds of Interview: HR OPS Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat, email, or phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining high levels of product knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 6months - 1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to International Voice or Chat Process (US/UK). Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language. Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift) with flexibility for weekend off. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
