Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Anchor/Model to represent high-end residential and commercial real estate properties in engaging video content. You will be the face of our brand in social media reels, YouTube tours, and luxury property showcase videos. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for individuals who are confident, well-groomed, and have a naturally engaging on-camera presence. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi , with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively. Punjabi fluency will be considered an added advantage, especially for regional audience engagement. A background in anchoring, modeling, theatre, lifestyle vlogging, or real estate presentation is desirable but not mandatory freshers with exceptional screen presence are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should be comfortable with public speaking , have strong storytelling skills, and the ability to express ideas with clarity and charm. Basic understanding of luxury living, architecture, and property features will be helpful. We value professionalism, punctuality, and the willingness to rehearse or take direction during shoots.
