About the Role:As a key member of our small, agile team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our product. You will contribute to architecture decisions, explore new technologies, and help steer the technical evolution of the platform. Our current tech stack includes Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Vue JS, all managed and deployed on AWS services like EC2, S3, and RDS. We use Git for version control and GitHub for managing issues and pull requests.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the lead developer to design, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements for the Swapmotors platform.Address challenges that arise as we scale our customer base and expand into new market segments.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate new functionality and improvements into the platform.Key Qualifications:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.8+ years of experience in building scalable, end-to-end web applications.8+ years of hands-on experience using JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue JS.Strong proficiency in working with RESTful APIs.Experience with AWS technologies and building/supporting applications in a cloud environment.Solid architectural and design skills.Expertise in coding, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.High attention to detail and a self-starter mentality.Proven ability to quickly debug and resolve issues in collaboration with others.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.Strong technical experience with:Vue.js (Vue2, Vue3)Node.jsRedisMongoDB, NoSQLHTML, CSS, JavaScriptFull-time availability to work in our Hyderabad office located in Madhapur.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.If you’re passionate about working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.This version is more structured and professional, with clear headings and concise descriptions.
