Placement Drives: Plan and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events. Career Counseling: Provide career guidance to students, assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Training and Skill Development: Organize and conduct training programs to enhance soft skills, communication skills, and other employability skills. Internship Coordination: Facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities for students. Placement Data Management: Maintain records of placement data and statistics for reporting and promotional purposes. Student Support: Assist students with job applications and onboarding processes. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from companies and students to improve placement strategies.
