Role & responsibilities Good Communication Skills (English & Local language).Should Handle All Schengen/Asian Countries/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand, Africa Countries & South America Countries Travel Visa DocumentationTravel Visa Documents verification process for all countries Managing all Visa Applications in Travel Visa Management System. Filling all countries Visa Applications (online and off-line).Submitting applications to the consulates and Embassies.Need to Coordinate with the existing Corporate Clients & Travel Agents for Visa ApplicationsResponding to client/Corporate Clients calls for Travel Visa enquiries via telephonic (inbound calls & mail). Fallow up calls to clients who make an enquiry and convert the leads.Checking the visa tracking status with consulate and embassy and updating to clients accordingly.Booking the appointment for visa interviews and booking Itineraries as per the client requirements if requiredPrepare covering letter/Sponsorship letters as per the consulate/embassy rules.Knowledge to prepare the authorization letter for submitting the visa applicationsVendor Management, Payments Tracking.Other Documentation Activities for Travel Insurance Flight & Hotel Itineraries preparation.
