Role Description We are hiring Full Stack Developer Interns for a 6-month internship program. Duration: 6 months Stipend: First 3 months Unpaid , next 3 months Paid (performance-based after internal assessment). Note* Please don't ask or bargain anything regarding Stipend situation after applying. Location: Remote (India) Tech Stack Required Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TailwindCSS Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (MERN stack) Other Tools & Concepts: REST APIs, Webhooks, Authentication (JWT/OAuth/SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), State Management (Redux/Zustand), Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Caching, Testing (Jest/Playwright), and Integrations with third-party APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, LinkedIn, etc.) As a Full Stack Developer Intern at SvaraAI, you will work on building and scaling core product features across frontend, backend, admin panel, and integrations. You’ll collaborate with our engineering team to deliver production-grade code, following modern coding principles and best practices. What You’ll Work On (Summary) As a Full Stack Developer Intern at SvaraAI, you’ll get hands-on experience building end-to-end SaaS features across frontend, backend, and integrations. Frontend/Product Development: Implement design systems, authentication flows, campaign builder UI, shared inbox, personalization previews, dashboards, and accessibility improvements using Next.js, React.js, and TailwindCSS. Backend/API Development: Build and optimize APIs for leads, email sequencing, webhooks, metrics, caching, and connector SDKs. Work on performance tuning, rate limiting, and content management. Admin Panel: Contribute to user/org management, audit logs, billing, plan entitlements, quotas, and support tooling. Data & Integrations: Work with database schemas, imports/exports, SMTP/IMAP, HubSpot/Salesforce connectors, Stripe billing, enrichment APIs, and data retention pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to ship features that impact real users from lead management and personalization to analytics, billing, and integrations. Coding Principles We Follow KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) – simple solutions over unnecessary complexity. YAGNI (You Aren’t Gonna Need It) – build only what’s required. DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself) – avoid duplication, maximize reuse. SOLID – modular, extensible, and maintainable code. Test Early, Test Often – reliability from day one. Qualifications Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. Hands-on skills in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Experience with Next.js & TailwindCSS. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field. Previous projects, internships, or GitHub contributions are a big plus. Hiring Process Application: Selected candidates will be contacted via LinkedIn message with a Google Form. Task Round: A time-limited coding task will be assigned. Submissions must be on time. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with our engineering team.
