I was about to take project in Tellapur. but after doing background check for builders project i decided not to go. There are so many issues owners are facing. Before finalizing ur dream home just check personally from der another project which is at pragathi nagar. It seems what ever promised as amneties not delivered.

Do a reality check with their existing projects before deciding ur dream home. It seems owners are not happy and many issues with their project management team. I would say just check their pragathi nagar project to understand the builder's team rather than checking Google review comments.

hi .....I come from different place to big city Hyderabad, as a software employee finds in Tellapur is best place to live searched so may finally taken at Kollar ..iam happy with construction now it is ready to move stage ..believe as a customer happy place for living.

There are many 2 bhk flats for sale in Hyderabad but we wanted to get the ones that are premium yet pretty affordable. We found just the one we want with Svadha builders. They delivered what they promised.
