As a fresher, you will be trained to handle customer leads, provide project assistance, and drive home-sales closures for our premium projects. Key Responsibilities: Daily Calling: Reach out to potential leads to introduce our real estate projects. Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested customers to build trust and maintain interest. Customer Assistance: Explain pricing, cost breakups, and project amenities clearly. Site Visits: Schedule and coordinate project site visits for prospective buyers. Sales Closure: Assist customers through the booking process and welcome them to the SV Family. Reporting: Maintain daily call logs and follow-up status reports. Requirements: Education: Any graduate (freshers welcome). Gender: Female candidates only. Skills: Strong verbal communication and a polite, professional phone manner. Languages: Must be fluent in [Insert Languages, e.g., English & Kannada].
