We are #hiring for Costing Engineer position. About Company:- We are a 26 year old organization based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. We are a 2-star Export House into business of contract manufacturing. We have 7 manufacturing facilities. 95% of our production is exported to UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. We manufacture machined components, sheet metal components, light & heavy fabricated parts and fully assembled products like fuel storage tanks, wheelchairs and some other patient care products, packaging equipment, electromechanical assemblies, etc. Experience - 1 to 6 years Positions : - 2 Qualification : Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical/ Production) Responsibilities:- • Evaluation & feasibility check of New RFQs received from the Sales Team. • Create 3D Models & Drawings using Solidworks. • Generate submittal and manufacturing drawings as per ANSI/ASTM Standards. • Establish the manufacturing process at the quotation stage. • Calculate machining time based on the established process. • Handle costing independently and send the quotation to the Sales Team. Required Knowledge • Jigs & Fixture. • Knowledge of Machining process like turning, milling, drilling, heat treatment process and electroplating process. • Exposure to sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing process.
