Job Description / Responsibilities: Visit farms and promote Aruj Nurserys grafted horticulture plants and services. Conduct on-field product demonstrations and awareness sessions for farmers. Provide after-sales guidance, technical assistance, and field support. Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and distributors. Collect field insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence. Represent the company at agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and local events. Prepare and maintain simple reports of field visits, leads, and farmer interactions. Desired Profile of the Candidate: Excellent communication and presentation skills (Punjabi, Hindi; English a plus). Passionate about agriculture and comfortable with frequent field travel. Candidates with a farming background or from Nangal / Ropar region preferred. Energetic, people-oriented, and eager to grow within the agri-business sector.
