Job Role & Responsibilities: · To lead curriculum development within the team · To ensure that staff are following agreed curriculum set · To maintain a handbook or data base containing all relevant policies and schemes of work · To ensure that monitoring of teaching and learning takes place to ensure common standards across the team. · To plan a budget for VTC in line with the school’s financial procedures · To work with project coordinator (VTC) for marketing and promotion of VTC products · To assist the team with production of items in various units. · To oversee arrangements for homework/independent and Guided Learning. · To oversee preparation of students for all assessment and examinations in the subject/s and reporting to parents · To monitor student attendance at and behavior in during the lessons. Key Qualifications & Experience: · Masters in Social Entrepreneurship, MSW, MBA, MA with at least 2 years of experience in project management and business development. · Bachelors with at least 3 years of experience in project management and business development.
