Role & responsibilities Plumbing Works: Supervise execution of water supply, drainage, soil & waste systems for high-rise buildings along with UGT, OHT, STP, WTP, pump rooms, pressure boosting systems Ensure proper installation of CP & sanitary fixtures as per approved drawings Coordinate with civil, electrical, and finishing teams for smooth execution Fire Fighting Works: Supervision of Complete fire protection systems: Hydrant, sprinkler, wet riser, yard hydrant & Fire Pump Room Handle fire pumps, fire water tanks, jockey pumps, diesel & electric pumps Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, local Fire Department norms Coordinate for Fire NOC inspections, testing & commissioning General Responsibilities: Review and execute works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines Conduct testing, commissioning & handover documentation Ensure compliance with EHS & safety standards Maintain DPR, inspection reports, and as-built drawings Overall Project Management and Execution & Progress Control Report with Quality and safety compliances Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems ( plumbing, piping, pumps and firefighting system etc.). Ensure mechanical equipment meets design specifications with material management and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation.
