Lead the regional sales team by guiding and developing them to enhance their performance. Manage variances between plan and actual and takes necessary action. Monitors the sales performance (product, pricing and gross margin) by vertical and customer segments for the assigned geography i.e. West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Odissa, Bangladesh. Pilot Plant Preparation Arrange all necessary chemicals and materials as per the finalized D.O.E. Prepare all baths required for trials according to D.O.E.
