Responsibilities of candidates include: • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Bengali langauge proficiency is mandatory for this role

As a sales representative, you will be managing relationships with existing customers in North 24 Paragana region and meeting or exceeding sales and collection targets. You'll promoting our products and services, expanding our customer base in your assigned terditory.
