We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in RPA development, process automation, and integration, with a focus on designing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism. Key Responsibilities: Blue Prism Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism . Process Assessment & Implementation: Conduct process assessments and implement automation processes for improved efficiency and accuracy. Queue Management: Manage and monitor Blue Prism control rooms and queues to ensure seamless execution of processes. System Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with external systems, databases, APIs, and web services. Exception Handling & Debugging: Address debugging, exception handling, and performance optimization issues within Blue Prism workflows. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver optimal RPA solutions. Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements and best practices for ongoing process optimization and automation solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development , specifically with Blue Prism . Blue Prism Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism architecture, control room management, queue management, and process design. Technical Proficiency: Experience integrating Blue Prism with databases, APIs, and web services. Debugging & Optimization: Expertise in debugging, exception handling, and optimizing performance in Blue Prism. Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL , VBA , .NET , or Python is a plus. OCR Experience: Exposure to OCR tools such as ABBYY or Google Vision API is preferred. Cloud Exposure: Familiarity with cloud-based RPA deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Blue Prism Certification or other RPA-related certifications are a plus. Experience with Other RPA Tools: Knowledge of other RPA platforms (eg, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
