Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, including strategy development and target setting Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze market trends and sales data Experience in preparing sales reports and collaborating with different departments Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the relevant industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
