Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the promotion and sales of our XPS insulation product. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with Government departments, architects, consultants, and contractors to present and promote our XPS insulation solutions, with the goal of getting our product approved and included in their Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This role involves providing technical specifications, samples, and presentations to clients, and ensuring all their requirements are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building: Engage with Government departments, architects, consultants, and contractors to introduce our XPS insulation products and their benefits, ensuring product inclusion in their BOQ. Product Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations about XPS insulation products to key decision-makers, addressing their specific needs and technical requirements. Product Approvals & BOQ Inclusion: Work closely with clients to ensure the product is approved for use in their projects and is included in the relevant BOQs. Technical Support: Provide technical specifications, detailed product information, and other relevant materials to potential clients. Answer any technical queries promptly and professionally. Samples and Documentation: Distribute product samples and ensure the client has all necessary documentation (technical sheets, datasheets, etc.) for review and decision-making. Follow-ups & Sales Closure: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure the decision-making process is moving forward, providing any additional information or support required to sales team. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of marketing activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales closure using Excel and other tools available. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the thermal insulation, waterproofing, or paint industry. Prior experience working with architects, consultants, and contractors is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Technical knowledge of insulation, waterproofing, or similar construction products is a significant advantage. Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
