Job Description

Serve as the front line of support for technical issues, remotely controlling client computers to diagnose and resolve problems. Utilize standard operating procedures for various technologies to troubleshoot and fix issues. Handle operating systems: Windows 10, 11, Mac OSX, Windows Server 2012, 2016. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Endpoints, Applications, and Azure cloud solutions. Address problems related to email and VoIP applications. Coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades. Configure routers, switches, and firewalls; troubleshoot network-related issues. Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP. Administer network security, antivirus, and spam control measures. Maintaining Storage, Virtualization, and IT Security. Contribute to the implementation of Cyber Security measures
