Job Profile: Support Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Staff member who will assist our users in resolving daily queries and ensuring smooth platform usage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily user queries via call, WhatsApp, and chat support
2. Assist pharma retailers, suppliers, and companies in using ListApp services3. Update and maintain records in Excel sheets4. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution5. Ensure timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction6. Support onboarding and basic product listing assistance

Required Skills:

1. Basic computer knowledge
2. Good working knowledge of MS Excel3. Comfortable communicating with pharma suppliers and companies4. Good verbal communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)5. Problem-solving attitude and patience6. Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently

Eligibility:

1. Graduate (Any stream) preferred
2. Experience in the pharma industry or customer support is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
