Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL and Python experience, and exposure to healthcare datasets. This role blends business analysis with elements of product analytics, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding user needs, and supporting product decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets (primarily US/EU healthcare data) to generate insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data. Use Python for data cleaning, analysis, automation, and report generation. Work closely with product managers, engineering, and client teams to understand business problems and translate them into analytical requirements. Support the product lifecycle by providing data-driven recommendations. Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate findings clearly. Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and recommend improvements. Assist in defining KPIs, tracking metrics, and supporting product feature evaluation. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases. Working knowledge of Python for analytics, automation, and scripting. Experience working with healthcare data (US/EU) is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, data validation, and problem-solving. Ability to convert business requirements into analytical tasks and insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Understanding of healthcare supply chain, payer/provider data, or medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
