Job Summary & Dimensions 1 . Installation and Setup : Unpacking, Install and configure industrial vending machines at client sites. Ensure all machines are set up according to company standards and client specifications. 2 . Maintenance and Repair: Keep a track of Machines installed that are under warranty and past warranty. Attend Service requests on short notice onsite to ensure seamless working and operations of the machines. Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are operating efficiently. Diagnose and repair any mechanical or software issues that arise. Respond promptly to service requests and minimize machine downtime. 3. Remote Client Support: Attend phone calls while the customers are onsite using the machines. Provide technical support and training to clients on the usage and maintenance of vending machines. Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues both on-site and remotely. 4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance and repairs. Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement of parts. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Enter Call Logs, Service requests, report problems, and any updated information relevant to customer in Salesforce. Maintain detailed service records and logs of maintenance activities. Provide regular reports on machine performance and service activities. B. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelors in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science 2. 5-7 years experience as Service Engineer / Technician in Machine tools /relevant industry with Vending Machines 3 . Self-assured pro-active personality who can work independently and flexibly. 4 . Excellent computer skills. 5. Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills 6 . Willingness to travel country on business trips lasting several days - 50% Travel 7. Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi 8 . Self Transport with valid driving Licence in India.
