Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to shipment status, delivery updates, and logistics queries.
• Manage customer communications through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and provide timely updates to customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal operations teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
• Address customer concerns, delays, missing shipments, and delivery discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, customer interactions, and operational updates in the system.
• Follow up on pending shipments and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and logistics compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant logistics or supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or BPO operations is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply, depending on business requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a
