Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9's solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition. - Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly, validating data loads, and validating end-to-end workflows. - Identify design issues in the existing setup and collaborate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems. - Configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements post go-live to address deep operations/supply chain issues. - Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, work on bugs/issues, and track the progress of issue resolution. - Support Super User and End User training for a global user base. - Actively contribute to improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by engaging with development and operations teams. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 2+ years of experience in implementing planning applications is mandatory. - Education: Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech - Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar; Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar are desirable. - Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. - Characteristics: Strong leadership skills, ability to articulate viewpoints clearly, analyze and process large amounts of data, and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks. - Team Spirit: Value transparency, frequent communication, and collaboration irrespective of hierarchy, distance, or function.,
