Supply Chain Marketing Manager

Industry: Supply Chain, Logistics & Manufacturing — preferably Automotive

Experience: 5–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering; MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in supply chain and manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry, who has a strong interest in sales and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting supply chain solutions, and supporting business growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, and allied services.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
• Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable supply chain solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, sales presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, material handling, in-plant logistics, and transportation.
• Identify customer pain points and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Leverage knowledge of manufacturing processes and automotive supply chains to develop business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal operations and solution-design teams to prepare proposals and customer-specific solutions.
• Support the development of marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
• Prepare company presentations, service proposals, and client-specific pitch documents.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and relevant business forums.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets
• Maintain customer databases, lead trackers, and sales pipeline reports.
• Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into business.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
