Supply Chain Analytics Specialist

As a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist based in Bangalore, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing intuitive and interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making. You will be required to write and optimize queries on SQL Server and Oracle Databases, as well as work with Oracle Cloud Reporting to deliver accurate insights. Your role will involve applying strong data analytics skills to independently interpret and decode complex business data with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to understand and translate project objectives and business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Building user-friendly dashboards and reports that effectively monitor and drive key metrics for business leaders and executives will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will participate actively in key business meetings to gather insights, present findings, and align on objectives. Collaborating effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional team members to ensure seamless project execution is essential. You will be expected to take full ownership of solution delivery, demonstrating initiative and a continuous learning mindset. Operating in an agile environment, you will need to balance speed and quality to meet project deadlines while upholding high delivery standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. As a self-starter, you should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and be willing to perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Required skills and experience include hands-on experience with Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS, proficiency in DAX queries and data modeling, as well as advanced knowledge of SQL Server and writing efficient SQL queries.
