Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams to align business plans.
Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to meet customer requirements.
Analyze forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation plans.
Drive S&OP/IBP meetings and present recommendations to leadership.
Monitor key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and capacity utilization.
Support continuous process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Work with ERP/Planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Oracle, or Kinaxis.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
