Core Responsibilities:

Documentation

Prepare and maintain quality-related SOPs and agreements with external partners. Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), batch records, and calibration records.Carry out investigation, prepare, review investigation with respect to SCM

2. Quality System & Audits

Manage and maintain quality systems across Central warehouse and CFA sites Conduct regular audits of Central warehouse and CFA sites Support regulatory global quality queries and ensure compliance with cGDP/GMP and evolving drug regulations.

Conduct quality review management of supply chain

3. Comply global quality standards

Complaint & Recall HandlingInvestigate and manage market complaints, product recalls, and counterfeit product issues.

4. Imported Products

Oversee the release and global coordination for imported products.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration.

Work closely with departments like Sales, Legal, Purchase, Finance, Medical, and the global CMC team for quality-related support.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Supplier Quality Engineer Electricals: 5 years (Required)
